Has anyone come up against the covered by floor tile message when trying to add rooms walls.

I m playing sims 2 family fun edition and i m trying to make walls. Boolprop constrainfloorelevation true false set to false to allow tiles occupied by walls floors and foundations to have their elevations changed. First i was going to make a room out of the garage.
